The Mat

We love our bamboo mat. Its quality resides not only in its looks but in how it feels. With the proper weight and quality aesthetics, this is the only mat we will use in classes.

The Sticks

We have bridged the gap between metal chopsticks with their great weight and satisfactory click and wood chopsticks with the great hand feels but extreme cleaning routine. We use a high density plastic that has a wonderful hand feel and a resounding click!

The Dish

Our double well dish is imperative because mixing sauces should be a sin. With everything intended for its own purpose, you need a soy sauce dish that can do the same. Whether its soy, eel, sweet chili, or just ginger; keep them separate and dunk on!

The Headband

THE HEADBAND IS INCREDIBLE.... not to over hype it or anything. This is by far my favorite part of our sushi starter kit, and I am not afraid to say it. It is the perfect blend polyester and spandex, leaving its wearer in a blissful state, perfect for crafting sushi. It is often described as angelic, cloud-like and possessing a softness greater than or equal to a baby's bottom. But don't take my word for it lets go to the highlight reels…
